Using this table lamp is easy. First, find a dry location for it as it's UL - listed for dry areas only. Since no bulbs are included, you'll need to buy a suitable bulb that can handle up to 250 Watts and works with the 3 - Way Switches. Screw the bulb into the socket, and you're ready to go. You can switch between different light levels using the 3 - Way Switches. The shades are interchangeable, so if you want to change the look of your lamp, just remove the existing shade and put in a new one. When it comes to maintenance, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the lamp base to keep the Gold Leaf finish looking shiny. For the linen shade, you can use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. Avoid getting the lamp wet as it can damage the iron parts and the electrical components.
