Using your Hyde Park Table Lamp is easy. First, find a suitable spot for it on a flat surface. Since the bulb isn't included, go ahead and screw in a 100W medium - base incandescent bulb or an LED bulb if you want to meet CA Title 20 compliance. Once the bulb is in, plug the lamp into a 120 - volt outlet. You can adjust the brightness to your liking using the full - range dimmer switch on the base. When it comes to safety, be aware that this lamp can expose you to lead, so take necessary precautions. To keep your lamp looking great, dust the metal base with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For the black parchment shade, use a brush with soft bristles to gently remove any debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals on either the base or the shade as they may damage the materials.
