Using this Baycliff table lamp is easy. First, find a suitable spot for it in your cozy space, like next to a reading chair or on a side table. Then, screw in a Type A bulb (not included) with a maximum wattage of 100 into the E-26 socket. To turn the lamp on or off, simply use the turn-key switch on the socket. When it comes to maintenance, gently dust the lamp base and shade regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials as they may damage the distressed whitewash finish of the resin base or the oatmeal linen shade. If the cord or any part of the lamp gets dirty, you can use a slightly damp cloth to wipe it clean, but make sure it's completely dry before using the lamp again. Also, always keep the lamp away from water to prevent any electrical hazards. And remember, since the lamp is UL/ETL and CUL approved, you can trust its safety, but still follow basic electrical safety guidelines.
